How can I hire NOLA Party Boutique for my event?
Contact us via our contact form to receive a proposal. Your proposal will include your contract and invoice so that you can handle everything in one easy form. Once you complete all three, your date will be secured.
How far in advance do I need to schedule my event?
It is always best to contact us as soon as possible. We are often booked months in advance so be sure to secure your date as soon as possible. We prefer 30 days’ notice, but we can often accommodate short notice orders if the date and supplies are available. Orders placed with less than 1-week notice are considered rush orders and are subject to a rush fee.
Can I customize my order?
Of course, you can! We have a wide-variety of options to customize your order. We want your event to be both unique and memorable.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and debit cards via PayPal or Stripe.
How do I make a Corporate Payment?
We understand that many corporations have accounting policies that do not allow for credit card or upfront payment. Approve your proposal and sign your contract. Then send us an email that outlines your payment process via email.

What is your cancellation policy?
If Client wishes to cancel their order, cancellation must be made in writing, and received by NOLAPB no less than fourteen (14) days prior to the Event Date. A cancellation made in this way excuses the Client from further payment obligations, and NOLAPB will refund any payments made by the Client, aside from the Deposits described above. The Deposits will not be refunded. Payments for orders cancelled within fourteen (14) calendar days of the Event Date will not be refunded.
Event Date changes are typically considered change orders, and not Cancellations, and NOLAPB will make reasonable efforts to accommodate date changes. However, if the date change cannot be reasonably accommodated by NOLAPB, then it will be treated as a cancellation. Client will be eligible for refunds on date changes which are treated as cancellations, so long as such date change is originally received by NOLAPB at least fourteen (14) calendar days prior to the Event Date.

Do you deliver?
Yes, all of our balloon décor is delivered to the client and set-up when required. The delivery fee is assessed during the booking process and is based on delivery location and the size of the order. For those outside the Metro New Orleans area, we do deliver to you as well. There is an additional fee based on location.
Do you provide breakdown or removal of items after the event?
Yes, but this service comes with an additional fee. Some venues require breakdown so please check with your venue to be certain. Please indicate that you need breakdown service when finalizing the details of your event. Also, indicate the end time of the event and when venue needs the space vacated by.
Can I bring in my own balloons?
No. At NOLA Party Boutique, we only use high-quality professional grade balloons. We want to make sure that your décor meets a professional standard.
Do you do balloon releases?
NO! We do not participate in or provide balloons for balloon releases due the potential environmental and safety hazards.
How long will helium balloons float?
Professional quality helium balloons will float for 12 hours or more in optimal conditions, indoor at room temperature. Hi float can be added to your latex balloons to extend their float time to 1 day or more. No guarantees can be made on outdoor balloon décor due the exposure to the elements.
Are there any alternatives to helium balloons?
Yes! There are a wide variety of options of air inflated balloon décor designs. We have designed custom pieces for our clients that involve little to no helium. We love bringing our creativity to you in variety of forms. Share your needs and we will offer solutions to meet your needs.
Are there any concerns regarding outdoor décor?

While we do provide décor for both indoor and outdoor events, outdoor décor can present certain challenges. Balloons are affected by their environment so it very important that you notify us that your décor will be outdoors so that we can prepare accordingly. While we will take every precaution with your outdoor décor, we can not make any guarantees on the longevity of the décor do to weather and other environmental elements. The direct sunlight can cause balloons to pop especially darker colors. Also, exposure to sun and wind will cause the balloons to oxidize more rapidly. This means that the balloons will go from shiny to a matte velvety texture when exposed to the elements. Wind is also a factor to consider when purchasing outdoor décor. Most helium designs are not recommended for outdoor installations. Please reach out to us for alternate ideas for your outdoor décor.

What happens if there is inclement weather?
If your event will be cancelled due to inclement weather, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. If you notify us before we start inflation, we can discuss rescheduling the décor for a later date. For the safety of our staff, we will not install outdoor balloon décor in inclement weather. If the event is not cancelled, we can deliver to an indoor location. If time/weather permits, we can return to set-up at a later time. In the event of extreme weather where there is a local weather advisory, all deliveries/installations will be postponed until a new event date can be scheduled.
