Can I have my order the same day?
Unfortunately, since each order is a custom creation order take at least 48 hours to be completed. This allows us to customize the candies, ribbons, and containers to your choices/occasion. It is best to place your order in advance to ensure that your order is ready for the date that you need it. Also keep in mind during holiday seasons we received a high volume of orders. It is very important for you to place your order early during these times.
With that being said, we understand that things come up at the last minute. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.
I have a large order, how far in advance do I need to place my order?
With all orders, it is good to give as much advance notice as possible but with large orders we prefer 2-3 weeks notice. This allows us enough time to get the supplies necessary to complete your order. It also helps to keep prices down because it allows us time to order supplies in bulk and receive them in enough time to complete your order.
Can I customize my order?
Absolutely. We want your order to fit your needs so we can customize everything from the colors to the containers used. We can even do custom labels with a message to your guests.
I have an occasion in mind but I am not sure what I want?
No problem. Give us the details and we can make some suggestions.
I don’t see the item I want here.
Just because it is not depicted does not mean we don’t have it. Let us know what you are looking for and if we don’t have it we will try our hardest to find it. If we can’t find it, we will offer you an alternative.
What form of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and debit cards via PayPal. We also accept cash and credit cards for local/delivery orders.
Can I have my order shipped?
Yes. We do ship outside of New Orleans per customer request. Due to the temperature sensitive nature of chocolates, we recommend overnight shipping to avoid melting. Depending on the weight of the arrangement, shipping cost can be expensive. We are aware of this and do our best to get you the best shipping rates available. We will provide you with a shipping estimate prior to placing your order so that you are aware of all of your charges. Orders will be packed with ice packs to keep the candies cool during transport.
If you have an item shipped, please be sure that someone is available on the date of delivery to receive the package. A few minutes outside can result in a melted arrangement.
Is there a delivery fee?
All orders delivered in the metro New Orleans Area (New Orleans, Metairie) are subject to a $5 delivery fee. The delivery fee for orders delivered outside of this area will be accessed based on the location.
